The Client Services Associate will support the client services team in handling client deliverables. We are seeking an individual with 3+ years of industry experience. The individual must have strong organization skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization and proactively track down items to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who embodies the drive and spirit of an entrepreneur while enjoying being a critical member of a well-rounded, high performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tracking and responding to inbound client requests
  • Coordinating client requests across the organization
  • Managing monthly and quarterly processes associated with onboarding new clients and maintaining client relationships
  • CRM maintenance and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in Finance, Business or English
  • 3+ years’ experience in investment management or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Foundational understanding of equity securities and customer delivery vehicles (separate accounts, 40 Act funds, Private Funds, CITs, UCITS and Australia Funds)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Strong proficiency level with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce experience a plus
